云南人多是上得高堂下得厨房.在食府里喝下鱼翅汤,嚼碎大闸蟹后还是更爱火瓢牛肉,烧臭豆腐.我在朋友家里吃到的东西永远比街上的可口.他们似乎对火,对烧烤有种难以自制的崇拜,这才让我一个外人有了难以忘却的记忆.
